Delivery 

  • I Entered The Wrong Details When I Placed An Order, Can I Change Them?

Any changes with details for delivery please contact me as soon as you can from purchasing, I often dispatch same day as order. 

  • Delivery carrier and delivery time?
Unless otherwise arranged all UK deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail's Standard, Second class delivery or Hermes which we will aim to send within 1 business day and usually this is a a 2-4 day delivery turn around but Hermes ask to allow for up to 7 days. You must inform us within 7 days of order date if you haven't received your order. Some products are sent with Hermes due to the size of the parcel in order to make it more reasonable for us, it will state where this applies on each product, your postage price will not be affected.
  • Parcel hasn't arrived?
If you have tracking details sent then you can monitor and contact the carrier but after 7 days, contact us and we will look into missing parcels. In the event that a package is sent to you and taken to your local Post Office or depot, it is your responsibility to collect the item before it is returned to us by Royal Mail or by Hermes. Orders returned to us as uncollected may be re-sent, but you will be responsible for the additional postage fees incurred.
  • Parcel damaged or missing items?
If you have any issues such as damages or missing items from your order contact us within 48 hours from delivery arrival. Sadly not all parcels that leave us are in the same condition when they arrive, please send us evidence photos and a note via email and we will look into it. Customers will have the choice of receiving a refund for the item or being sent a replacement. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make from us, if a replacement is requested a new product will be sent out once we receive evidence of damages.
  • What Packaging do you use? 
Our policy is to use as environmentally friendly packaging. First we re-use the packaging in which we have received goods from our suppliers, once this has gone we use either boxes or recycled padded envelopes. Boxes are padded out using recycled packing we have from previous received goods. Boxes are sealed using biodegradable paper packing tape. No plastic would be used in our packaging. Please feel free to continue the reduce, reuse, recycling of packaging. 

Payment methods

You do not need a PayPal account to pay through Paypal. We use PayPal payment services for all our transactions. They accept most cards including:

• Visa / Delta / Electron

• MasterCard / Eurocard

• Maestro

• American Express.

 

Environmental policy

This will grow as we get bigger, we are still finding our feet but we often choose the best we can and make small profit in contrast to choosing the cheapest and quickest options. We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of all our operations. We will often review the environmental impact of our activities and are constantly making small adjustments. I do have bigger plans which I can release once we get more established in reducing carbon and locally sourcing.

  • Please remove decretive fire hazard twine and cardboard before lighting
  • Do not burn for longer than 4 hours
  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets
  • Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire
  • Do not touch the candle when it is lit - the jar can get very hot!
  • If your candle starts to flicker or smoke, blow it out, let it cool down & then trim the wick.
